Refund policy

You may return the order for any reason within Thirty (30) days of your purchase. If the item(s) is in original packaging and still sealed, you'll be refunded the full amount for the item(s). If the item is not sealed, there will be a $10 return fee deducted from the refund amount. All refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (i.e. credit card, or Paypal).

Please mail the original item back to us, and include your full name and order number on the package. If you have any questions or need directions, please contact us at support@luxebiotics.com and we will walk you through the process.

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by luxebiotics.com(LuxeBiotics™), keeping the following in mind:

• It may take up to 3 weeks for some individuals to see results, please continue using the product until you are satisfied with the results.

• You should return the item to us within 30 days of receiving your item(s).

• Shipping Fee is Non-Refundable
