I have bags under my eyes, I've been using the eye serum for about a week now. Just want to know how long does it take to see results?

It usually takes 45 days to see visible results. However, there may be other factors that play a role such as, stress level, food diet, sleep deprivation, etc.

 

When should I apply? Before or after Moisturizer?

Apply on a clean face before applying a face moisturizer.

 

Can a male use this product?

Yes, this product is gender neutral. It works for both men and women and is suitable for all skin types.

 

Can it be used by all ages?

Yes, we'd recommend this product to anyone over the age of 18.

 

Does this help for puffiness? I have puffiness on upper cheekbones which is called festoons. Will this product help me?

If you have festoons, this product will not help you. Festoons are a medical condition in which the skin of the lower eyelid becomes significantly damaged, usually by the sun. This damaged skin can result in folds in the lower eyelids and can lead to swollen mounds on the cheeks. It is better to consult with a medical professional.

 

Does this reduce bags under the eyes?

Yes, the serum tightens the skin and reduces bags and dark circles under the eyes.

 

Is this a temporary fix for a few hours?

No, it's not a temporary fix. And doesn't work like the instant fillers.  It starts to show results a few weeks of using it.  The results last while using the product. As all cosmetic products, results are temporary. It is not an "instant" product that will show results within the hour, which goes away as soon as you wash your face.

 

How long does this last and how often do you use it? 

It is best to apply twice a day in the morning and evening. How long the results last, depends on many external factors such as sun exposure, nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress, etc. (need to add how long a jar lasts)

 

Does this serum help with crows feet(wrinkles and fine lines)?

Yes, this serum also helps to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.
